Meet Jon Rollins, the founder of Bay Counseling & Wellness. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with board certifications through the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC), Jon offers an integrative and trauma-informed approach to care. He specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and supports clients facing depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges.

Jon holds a Master of Science in Counseling & Psychology from Troy University (2021) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Global Business from Troy University (2016). He also completed specialized training through the University of Michigan, earning a Certificate in Integrated Behavioral Health and Primary Care for both pediatric and adult populations—underscoring his dedication to collaborative, whole-person care.

Originally from Heflin, Alabama, Jon now lives in Lynn Haven with his family. A U.S. Army combat veteran and Purple Heart recipient, Jon draws from his personal journey to offer therapy that is grounded, compassionate, and empowering.
