Debbie Huffman, MSN, APRN, ANP-BC, PMHNP-BC

Debbie Huffman is a dual board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP-BC) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 22 years of nursing experience, including 12 years as a nurse practitioner. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care to adults and seniors, focusing on mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and substance use disorders.

Debbie's approach is holistic and patient-centered, integrating both physical and mental health considerations. She employs evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), to tailor treatment plans that address each client's unique needs. Her goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered to take charge of their mental health.

Debbie earned her Master of Science in Nursing from South University in Savannah, Georgia, in 2012, and completed a Post-Master's Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing at West Coast University in 2023. She is licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the state of Florida.
